FOD prefers structured secured bridge debt with equity “kickers” accomplished through warrant coverage and/or conversion features. Our strategy also tends to focus on direct investments that have mid-term holding periods and moderate risk elements with above average yields.
FOD prefers profitable, growth companies with reasonably foreseeable liquidity events, such as sale/mergers or IPOs.
We invest in highly selective earlier-stage, exceptional yield potential companies with experienced, disciplined management, disruptive technologies or products, and large “white-space” exploitable markets.
